Yes, you can use Examiner, our examination platform, to create an on-demand exam. When setting up the exam, use Invigilate to monitor the session.

Yes, our SmarTest Lock application ensures that the candidate’s screen is restricted to the exam. This application prevents access to other programs or the internet, allowing the use of only one screen when SmarTest Lock is enabled.

We offer both system-assisted onboarding and proctor-assisted onboarding processes. For live proctoring sessions, either method can be used. For non-live proctoring sessions, only system-assisted onboarding is available.

   • RAM: Minimum of 4 GB.
   • Web Browser: Latest version of Google Chrome.
   • Microphone: Required.
   • Available Storage: Minimum of 500 MB free space.
   • Internet Connection: Minimum 8 Mbps upload and download speeds.
   • Standard Webcam: Required.
   • Mobile Camera: Required only for certain session types, using the SmarTest Cam app. This app must be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store 24 hours before the session and used during the pre-system check.
