Step 1 - Receiving Keycode
As first step, you will receive your keycode to your email or from your test provider
Step 2 – System Checks
Please check your system using the “System Check” button at the bottom left. Your system will be checked
for your hardware and internet availability.
Step 3 – Entering the Exam
Once the system check is completed, click on “Finish” to go back to the home page. Insert the
provided keycode and click “Connect”. Once you are connected, please follow the instructions on
your screen.
In case of a system check failure, contact tech support or your test provider. You might be eligible
for an offline exam.
